To submit an abstract, you are required to register first.

Conference registrants for International Symposium on Epilepsy in Neurometabolic Diseases (ISENMD) & The 13th Annual Meeting of the Infantile Seizure Society entitled for the following:

  2. Daily coffee/ tea breaks
  3. Opening ceremony, closing ceremony, welcome reception and gala dinner
  4. Conference satchel with program, abstract and related information
  5. Conference excursion
Accompanying Persons
Registered accompanying persons are entitled for the following
  1. Opening ceremony, closing ceremony, welcome reception and gala dinner
  2. Conference excursion
  3. Poster presentation and exhibition but not any scientific sessions
Letter of Invitation
Upon request, the Secretariat Office will issue a letter of invitation. The sole purpose of the letter is to facilitate the participants' travel and visa arrangements. It does not imply provision of financial or other support.

Confirmation of Registration
You will receive confirmation of registration via email once your registration has been processed. If you register and do not receive a confirmation, please contact with Secretariat office. Or you can bring a copy of your registration form and proof of payment to the registration desk on-site.

Liabilities
All participants and accompanying persons should be responsible for their own medical, accident and other necessary insurance.

Payment must be made either in cash (New Taiwan Dollars only) or by credit card.

Cancellation & Refund
All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the secretariat.
  1. 75% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received up to January 31, 2010. Refunds requested after this date will not be possible.
  2. All approved refunds will only be made after the Congress.
